well here's the rules.
1. you can craete any kind of person you'd like, (jinjuriki are accepted at the moment.)
2. relationships between your character and an existing character are permitted.
list of characters currently in a relationship:
Kakashi + Tsusaku Sasha (me! sorry peeps.)
Zetsu + Tishin "the lance" (me again! sorry.)
Naruto + Amiko ( darkpoet88992)
3. please! no yoai couples even though they are so popular.
4. no intercourse rping or you shall be banned.
5. cut down the swearing to "bitch, /crap, .
6. i shall contact you if your character has been accepted. please don't spam me.
7. no killing other people's character unless you have their permission.

Violation of rule 1: none really.
violation of rule 2: if you take the other person's B-F/ G-F you shall face a friendly warning. if you do not change that then i shall once again send you a warning.
violation of rule 3: warning-banned (depending how ual the homosexuxl relationship is.)
violation of rule 4: banned with one warning
violation of rule 5: warning - suspended
violation of rule 6: warning - suspended
violation of rule 7: warning
violation of rule 8: i shall slap you like a maniac on a slap craze! MWAAHAAAHAHA!

extra not: the kages, founders and such when making an announce ment that is needed to be heard will be in bold or all caps.
